I pursue words
those wonderful things
curves and lines
that speak
when assembled
together.
I pursue chocolate
and coffee.
Aroma and flavor
that spark
a temporary pleasure
so fleeting.
I must pursue peace
and righteousness
Remember, woman!
Remember!
The things that last
are heavenly.
So …
I pursue words
that point to Him:
Almighty Father
Jesus the Christ
The Spirit so Holy
Yes, I pursue.
